1. Praise people
By making others happier, you begin to feel better. Especially if you say nice things to people who care about you and who you care about. Happiness is contagious. Demonstrate your appreciation and express your gratitude. If you see that someone makes progress in any case, pay attention to it and tell him about it - the mood of both of you will improve.

2. Smile
Smile more and more often. When you laugh, your body begins to produce endorphins, the hormones of happiness, and the attitude to life is getting better. Negative emotions will not help you to cope with the problems. Smiling you will feel better, and people will smile at you in response.

3. Take care of your family
How much time do you spend with your spouse and children? Whatever your answer is, it won’t be enough. Especially in today's world where both parents work and see their children a couple of hours a day at bedtime. Spend more time together, support each other, and take care of each other. Take a more active part in the life of your children. Live truly together, and not just get together for a dinner.

4. Surround yourself with people who you are comfortable with
Think about the emotions you have chatting with other people. Do not bring some you feel negative with. Don’t they interfere with your work and don’t they pull you down? No one can be happy when surrounded by pessimistic, negative people. Try to spend time with someone who encourages and inspires you. You deserve it.

5. Put the goals
It is now not just about work, though, and career achievements are also important. Start your day with ideas about how you can make yourself and your family happier today. What good can you bring to this world? Set goals to grow as a person.

6. Be grateful for what you have
There will always be things you want to have. It is important to follow their dreams and goals, but there is no sense to be upset that you still have not reached them. Remember the people who do not have what you have, but they are still happy. When every day you feel gratitude for what you have, you begin to appreciate your life and your choice.

7. Practice yoga
Even if now you do not have any idea about yoga, it is worth a try. Yoga helps clear your mind and makes you stronger. Even the most basic poses bring a positive effect. Start your day with yoga, and everything will be fine.

8. Remember that everything passes
In life, there are difficulties, failures, and you may feel depressed. It can be difficult to get rid of all this and move on. So ask yourself, will this problem be relevant in a year, five or ten years? Everything passes, and soon you will forget about these failures. Remind yourself about it if the day was a difficult one.
You have only one life. Try to live it as good as possible.
