We would like to inform you that due to a technical glitch that occured during recent system upgrade some of the users' actions performed on the site from 23:00 (UTC) Apr'19 till 07:00 (UTC) Apr'20 were not saved.

Thus once you opened / sent a message or had a chat within that period, it's possible that the data was not recorded in the system and the message was not opened or sent and the credits (that you had spent)
got back to your account.
