- Send me your sky: a little august romance
-
08/10/2026
August nights have their own kind of magic. Warm evenings, beautiful sunsets and a sky full of stars make you want to slow down and enjoy the moment.
This August, the Perseid meteor shower reached its peak around August 12–13, and the dark sky made it a perfect time to look for shooting stars.
But why watch the sky alone?
If you are chatting with a woman on USSR-STAR, try something different. Ask her:
“What does the sky look like where you are tonight?”
She can send you a photo of her sunset, and you can send her yours. Maybe she will share a short video of the stars above her city. You might discover that you both love quiet summer evenings, watching the moon or making wishes when a shooting star crosses the sky.
Sometimes, photos and videos can start a much more interesting conversation than another “How are you?”
Share little moments. Exchange messages. Talk about places you would like to visit, dreams you have and things that make you happy.
And who knows? A simple chat about the night sky might be the beginning of something much more personal.
So next time you see a beautiful sunset or a sky full of stars, don't just take a photo and keep it to yourself.
Send it to someone who makes you curious.
Maybe your next conversation on a dating site will begin with just two words:
“Look up.”
